FST Learner account and data deletion request

You can request deletion of your FST Learner account and associated app data. Requests are handled manually by First Step Trust.

First Step Trust may need to retain some records where legally, safeguarding, audit, training, or operationally required.

What to include

• Your full name.
• Your learner ID, if known.
• The email address or phone number linked to your account.
• A short statement that you want your FST Learner account and associated app data deleted.

Data covered by the request

Requests may cover account details, contact details, course enrolments, learning progress, assessment records, app analytics linked to your account, and support or administration records held for the app.
